Shipping & returns
The policy below applies to purchases made directly from Monarch Supply. Marketplace purchases follow the policy displayed on that marketplace order.
Order processing
Processing time and estimated delivery are shown with the item or during checkout. When tracking is available, it is shared after the carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or address issues.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters fulfillment. For security, we may require a canceled order to be placed again with the correct address.
Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Unless an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, it should be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging in which it was received. Some safety, hygiene, personalized, consumable, or final-sale products may be ineligible; any exception will be disclosed before purchase.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with the order reference and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
